The Library is the full controlled repository. The hero shows the current library name and how many controlled documents it holds.

The Search screen answers three different kinds of question, and it picks the right engine for each.
Working with a Document
Selecting a document anywhere in DocVault opens its detail page. The header shows the title, status badge, document number, department, version and owner, followed by a four-stage progress tracker: Draft → Manager → QA Review → Published.
The Approval Workflow
Every controlled document moves through the same two-stage sequential approval. Routing is driven entirely by a lookup table — there is no per-document configuration.
